How to Use Your HSA/FSA to Cover Geviti Membership & Products
Did you know you can use your HSA/FSA funds to save on your Geviti membership and products? With the right documentation, it’s easy to get reimbursed for your purchases. Here's how:
Pharmaceutical Purchases
For pharmaceutical purchases through Geviti, all you’ll need is an itemized invoice provided by your care team. Submit this invoice to your FSA/HSA plan administrator for reimbursement.
Comprehensive Bloodwork, Membership, and Supplement Purchases
To get reimbursed for Geviti’s comprehensive bloodwork, membership, or supplements, most FSA and HSA plans require both an itemized invoice and a Letter of Medical Necessity. Geviti has partnered with Truemed to make this process simple.
Follow these steps to request your Letter of Medical Necessity:
- Complete a quick qualification survey through Truemed. This will take about two minutes and will help determine if your purchase qualifies.
- If eligible, a Truemed provider will issue a Letter of Medical Necessity for you. You’ll receive it via email within approximately 48 hours, along with instructions on how to submit your reimbursement request.
For more details on the process or questions about eligibility, be sure to check Truemed’s FAQ or reach out to your FSA/HSA plan administrator. Reimbursement is typically managed through your employer or health insurance provider.
