Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 17 states that Geviti resides in who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By participating, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Entry Requirements: To enter the giveaway, participants must:
a. Follow Geviti on Instagram @gogeviti.
b. Submit only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on November 3rd and ends on November 20th at 12 PM PST. Entries submitted after the giveaway period will not be considered.

4. Prize Details: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a free one-year membership with Geviti. This membership covers the subscription cost only and does not include the cost of any products. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours after the giveaway ends. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

6. Permissions: By entering the giveaway, participants grant Geviti full permission to send SMS and email marketing messages. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time.

7. General Conditions:
a. Geviti reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway for any reason at its sole discretion or if any fraud or technical failures occur that compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
b. By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and accept the decisions of Geviti, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
c. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any liability related to the giveaway.

8. Disclaimers:
a. Geviti is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
b. Participants are responsible for their own internet connection and any associated costs.
c. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Geviti’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.
d. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Geviti shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the giveaway, or any prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Geviti, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona.

10. Privacy Policy:By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and sending marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Publicity:By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and likeness in any promotional materials related to the giveaway without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Force Majeure:Geviti shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government actions.

13. Severability:If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Acknowledgment: By participating in the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
