How Can We Help?
Membership
Do I need a membership?
Yes, a membership is required to access Geviti's services. Our membership model allows us to keep prices low for all products and services, ensuring affordable access to comprehensive health assessments, personalized care, and continuous support.
What plans does Geviti offer?
Geviti offers two plans: Free (app access, no testing) and Plus (comprehensive bloodwork twice per year, personalized protocols, Care Team support, and preferred pricing on supplements and treatments). Both are billed semi-annually or annually.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll complete a health intake questionnaire (about 15 minutes), then schedule your bloodwork. Choose an at-home draw — a licensed phlebotomist comes to you — or walk in at any Quest Diagnostics location with your requisition form. No lab fees.
Is Geviti available in my state?
Free and Plus are available in 47 states (excluding AK, HI, and RI). Rx clinical services are currently available in 29 states including CA, TX, FL, and IL. We're actively expanding.
Is Geviti for both men and women?
Yes. Geviti was founded with the mission to enhance the well-being of both men and women. All protocols are personalized to your unique bloodwork, regardless of gender.
Billing & Payments
How does billing work?
Your membership renews automatically at each billing period (semi-annual or annual). Supplements, peptide medications, and specialty diagnostics are purchased separately at member-discounted pricing.
Does Geviti accept HSA/FSA?
Yes. Geviti services are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. You'll need an itemized invoice (provided by your Care Team) and, for supplements, a Letter of Medical Necessity through our Truemed partnership. Membership fees, bloodwork, consultations, and prescriptions are typically covered.
Does Geviti accept insurance?
No. Geviti operates as a cash-pay service. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid are not accepted. However, HSA and FSA funds can be used for reimbursement.
What's the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your membership at any time from the Billing section in your account. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable for the remaining period after cancellation.
Testing & Labs
What's included in the Longeviti Panel?
100+ biomarkers covering metabolic health, kidney and liver function, cardiovascular risk, hormones, nutrient levels, and inflammation markers. It's valued at over $2,200 if ordered independently — included free twice yearly with your membership.
How is the Longeviti Panel different from routine bloodwork?
Routine labs test 15–20 markers to check if you're sick. The Longeviti Panel tests 100+ markers to find out how you can thrive. We use research-based optimal ranges personalized to your age and sex — not broad population averages.
How do I prepare for my blood draw?
Fast for 12 hours (water is fine), continue essential prescription medications, and stop vitamins, supplements, and herbs 72 hours before. Avoid strenuous exercise 24 hours prior. Never discontinue prescribed medications without your doctor's approval.
Can Geviti draw blood at my house?
Yes. We offer mobile phlebotomy — a licensed phlebotomist comes to your home on your schedule. You can also walk into any Quest Diagnostics location. Both options are included with your membership.
Solutions & Care
How does Geviti determine which supplements I need?
Our AI analyzes your bloodwork against thousands of data points, identifying nutrient deficiencies, hormonal patterns, and inflammatory markers. A Wellness Specialist then reviews the recommendations alongside your health history and goals. Every ingredient is selected in bioavailable forms at therapeutic doses.
Can I swap or remove supplements if I experience side effects?
Absolutely. Your protocol can be adjusted at any time. Contact your Care Team to swap, remove, or modify any supplement in your blend as your needs evolve.
Are peptides legal and safe?
Yes. Peptides are legally compounded by licensed pharmacies and prescribed under physician supervision. The entire process is handled via telehealth — no in-office visit required. Your practitioner reviews your history and labs before recommending any protocol.
Is my information secure?
Security is a core pillar of Geviti. We're HIPAA-compliant and encrypt all data at rest and in transit. Your health data is never sold to third parties.
