Gift cards are non-refundable and must be redeemed within six months of purchase. They can only be used by individuals 18 or older with a valid driver's license, located in states where Geviti operates. Some third-party services, such as mobile phlebotomy, may not be available in all areas. Recipients must provide a valid payment method, which will be billed once the gifted membership period ends, in six-month intervals. Members may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time, but downgrades do not result in credit or refunds.
